LISA VAN DER POOL
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDIA STRATEGY
As executive vice president of media strategy, Lisa leads media training and strategy across the agency. She also leads the agency’s education practice, working with a variety of ed techs, universities and publishers. As a former business journalist, Lisa is passionate about telling client stories and helping them build better relationships with the media. Prior to joining Inkhouse, Lisa was a journalist for 12 years. She was a reporter at the Boston Business Journal, where she covered the legal industry, technology firms, hospitality and small businesses. She also has extensive on-air experience and had long-running segments on both New England Cable News and WBZ-Channel 4. Prior to the BBJ, Lisa was a reporter at Adweek Magazine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University. She’s an avid gardener and lives with her husband, two daughters and two rescue cats outside Boston.
