Founder & CEO
Beth is the founder and CEO of Inkhouse where she helps clients create narratives that open new markets, lead industries and mitigate crises. A trusted advisor to CEOs, venture capitalists, university presidents and other leaders, Beth uses storytelling to inspire action and change the status quo. She’s been recognized as a Top Woman in PR by PR News, a Top 25 Innovator by PRovoke, and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
Beth’s been a voice for workplace equity, testifying in favor of legislation for equal pay, paid family leave and transgender rights. She served as a task force appointee by Gov. Deval Patrick to study women’s equality, as board chair for the Alliance for Business Leadership and on the Advisory Council for the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition.
A writer by passion, Beth created a program at Inkhouse that’s published three books of employee essays. Her own writing has been published in the literary magazine New Ohio Review, as well as Forbes, The Boston Globe Magazine, Fortune, Thrive Global, Entrepreneur, and Business Insider, among others. Beth studied PR, creative writing, music and journalism at Syracuse University. She’s currently earning her meditation and mindfulness certification and lives in the Boston area with her husband, two children and rescue dog.
