Beth Monaghan
Founder
Beth is the founder and former CEO of Inkhouse. She is also a partner and chair of the Technology Group at Inkhouse’s parent company, Orchestra. In that role, she is focused on helping Orchestra’s technology and innovation teams integrate their expertise for clients, and on building a cohesive culture. An advisor to CEOs, venture capitalists, university presidents and other leaders, Beth counsels clients about thought leadership, market positioning, crisis management and internal communications strategies. She has been recognized as a Top Woman in PR by PR News, a Top 25 Innovator by PRovoke, and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
Beth has served as a task force appointee by Gov. Deval Patrick to study women’s equality, as board chair for the Alliance for Business Leadership and on the Advisory Council for the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition. Her personal essays and Op-Eds about leadership and workplace culture have appeared in literary magazines and major business publications. She studied PR, creative writing, music and journalism at Syracuse University and is currently finishing her meditation and mindfulness certification.
