Alison Morra
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Alison is the chief operations officer at Inkhouse where she oversees HR, staffing, client service, training, and overall operations excellence. Alison also advises and helps clients mitigate crises.
Previously at Inkhouse, Alison was the East Coast managing director and the GM of the Waltham office, where she was instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and promoting a culture that resulted in The Boston Globe naming Inkhouse one of its Top Places to Work in 2019. Alison also drives the strategic direction of account teams in defense, corporate, and consumer technology.
Before joining Inkhouse more than a decade ago, Alison worked at two Boston-based PR and event planning agencies. Alison holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and computer information systems from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College. She lives outside of Boston with her husband, two children and dog.
