Kara is a vice president in InkHouse’s New York practice where she leads client teams that span consumer lifestyle, consumer technology and enterprise technology verticals. Whether she is working with an early-stage startup or a multinational corporation, Kara understands that reaching and engaging target audiences often requires a multi-channel and integrated approach. Through earned and owned media, influencer relations and small- and large-scale activations, Kara’s communications programs have effectively driven tangible business outcomes, including acquisitions.
Prior to InkHouse, Kara served as Vice President at M&C Saatchi PR and also held positions at Spark and Golin where she spearheaded numerous brand launches and thought leadership campaigns. She has been commended for her ability to nurture the strengths and talents of her people and build teams committed to achieving common goals—a trait that she has carried into her role at InkHouse.
A storyteller through and through, Kara is also credited as a Recreations Assistant Director and Production Coordinator in two feature-length documentaries, More Than a Month (produced for PBS) and Unraveled (produced for Showtime Networks).
