Healthcare career marketplace Incredible Health puts nurses in the driver’s seat—requiring hospitals to apply for nurses rather than the other way around. This approach reduces the average time to hire nurses from 90 days to under 20.  Incredible Health turned to Inkhouse in March 2020 to drive visibility among its key three audiences: nurses, the healthcare systems that hire them, and investors. But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we quickly pivoted, honing in on the critical messages around difficulties the healthcare community was facing while continuing our bid for visibility.

The core of our approach was to position co-founder and CEO Iman Abuzeid and Incredible Health as the champion for nurses. We elevated Iman as a leader and focused her talking points on the challenges nurses face —especially during an extremely difficult time—and how Incredible Health solves them. We paired the company’s proprietary data with nurse surveys to validate Iman’s talk track. Where applicable, we leveraged her background as an MD to paint a compelling founder story. We also took advantage of key external trends to insert Incredible Health into topical conversations.

Incredible Health’s business has grown immensely over the years working with Inkhouse (valued at $1.65B in 2022). One million nurses in the U.S. now use the platform to manage their careers, and the company partners with 75% of the nation’s top-ranked health systems. In Q3 2023 alone, our team secured 36 pieces of coverage and reported over 235M media impressions, resulting in Incredible Health leading the bulk of the conversation, owning 24% share of voice.

Iman has become a go-to thought leader for top-tier outlets, including Bloomberg, CNBC, Modern Healthcare, TechCrunch, Good Morning America, NPR’s How I Built This, and beyond. Inkhouse secured her placement on Inc.’s Female Founders 100 list and speaking invitations to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit and Modern Healthcare’s Top Women Leaders in Healthcare conference.
