Rachel Marsden

Senior Vice President

“One of the things that attracted me to Inkhouse was their motto that ‘what is good for people is good for business’ and I really believe that what’s best for people is always a strong community.”

Amanda Jacobsmeyer

Manager of Media Strategy

Inkhouse employees in New York City

“Inkhouse was where it all started for me—a four-year writing, PR and friendship bootcamp all rolled into one. When I left the agency world to go to a startup, and then eventually to Tesla, my experience at Inkhouse gave me the tools I needed to thrive. ”

Alex Ingram

Senior Manager, Global Growth Content at Tesla (former Inkhouse employee)

“Inkhouse has given me numerous opportunities to learn and grow professionally over the last few years. More than that, it’s a workplace where I feel comfortable being me; I can come to work authentically myself every day without fear of judgment. And, I’ve made lifelong friends to boot.”

Michelle Birch

Senior Account Executive

“Inkhouse was the launchpad for my career. I learned the ins and outs of tech PR — media relations, client management, and the art of storytelling. I also got to work alongside some of the smartest and kindest professionals in the business, many of whom are still my closest friends.”

Brittany Hendrickson

Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at Salesforce (former Inkhouse employee)

“To me, Inkhouse isn't just a workplace; it's a dynamic, forward-thinking community. My favorite aspect is how we live Inkhouse’s values: We're always one step ahead, embracing change with open minds. Our kindness fuels collaboration and drives innovation. We thrive together, celebrating every victory and learning from every challenge.”

Kyle Treasure

Manager, Digital Content Strategy

“Inkhouse helped me hone my skills as a communicator, manager, and teammate, supported by thoughtful leadership who gave me the tools to succeed. I’ll carry the Inkhouse approach to storytelling – as well as the scrappiness instilled in all team members from day 1 – with me throughout my career.”

Marketing and Communications Associate at Index Ventures (former Inkhouse employee)

When I founded Inkhouse, I had a simple mission: create an agency that didn’t suck. And now the whole world wants workplaces that don’t suck. They don’t have to! I’ve been out to prove that we can create a wildly successful workplace that clients rely on for strategy and results, while also providing a workplace that helps people live fulfilling lives (because, by the way, that makes us better at our jobs).”
